A Holistic Path to Growth
Dr. McCampbell supports clients’ emotional growth through psychodynamic approaches. She supports clients to understand their present struggles through analysis of past experiences and present relationships in order to be more fully engaged, joyful, and present in their daily lives. Part of therapy with Dr. McCampbell is to grow attentional awareness through mindfulness exercises, helping clients exist in the present moment. Dr. McCampbell also uses Level 1 IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapeutic model to help clients embody the Self and heal their parts.
